Could the seats and/or tracks in my '72 Pre-L be installed incorrectly? The drivers seat is much closer to the door sill than the passenger's seat, left of center of the steering wheel. The passengers seat is further away from it's sill, and hits the parking brake console before reaching the end of its rearward travel, it also contacts the center engine covers before going all the way back. The driver's track adjustment lever is on the left (front) side and pivots toward the center of the seat to allow movement. The passenger track lever is on the left as well, but pivots toward the console to release. BTW, the passenger track binds badly. Seems as though most other early cars I see have the driver's seat closer to the console and the passenger's seat further from the console. Could the seats and/or tracks be switched? Thank you
