I doubt the tracks are reversed. Since the tracks are not offset, unless you move the holes in the floor, swapping tracks and/or seats will simply give you a different seat in the same location.

At least if I understand your question correctly, that's how I see it. Seat location wasn't ideal in these cars. But we love them anyway.
