Are these cars reasonably reliable?

I'm finally to the point where I can seriously consider getting a Pantera. Are they reasonably reliable or do they require constant upkeep? I understand the cars have some age, but I'm talking about after I've gotten things freshened up. Many thanks for your guidance. RGR
