I live in Mesa, Az. where there are no city property taxes. I paid $125,000. 10 years ago, the same house across the street is selling for $650,000.00 right now. Cost of living is good, and employment is good. You can find almost anything you want here. About the only problem is how big the Phoenix metro area is becoming, is affecting traffic.
