Assistance with seat problem..

My passenger seat appears to be most or all of the way forward and I can't get it to slide back. The release lever feels ok, but I can move it through its range of travel, and sitting in the seat, push as hard as I can but the seat won't budge. Tried to move it from outside the car, lifting up, shaking it, etc. no go. Suggestions? The way it is now, I don't know how I could remove the front 2 track bolts to remove the seat. Thanks. John
