Not the right game. IRS cars don't drag well unless you stiffen the rear suspension almost to solid. You dump the Pantera's clutch and the first action is a squat that splays the rear tires to toe-out and cambers onto the inner edges- both of which reduce traction & soaks up power. Then the chassis takes a set, the halfshafts deflect and finally, the thing starts to move. Rule of Thumb is, the identical engine in a live-axle Mustang of the same weight and driver would be .5 second quicker. But, in a bumpy 140 mph road-turn, the roles are reversed....
