ENTRANCE TO THE PORTOFINO BAY EVENT is between 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m., on Friday, October 19, or 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., on Saturday, October 20, 2001. The event will be held between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 20, and participants will be allowed to remove their vehicles after 5:00 p.m.

CANCELLATIONS prior to midnight September 30, 2001 will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. After September 30, 2001, no refund will be made. By signing below registrant also attests he has read the terms and conditions on the reverse side and agrees to be bound thereby.

EXHIBITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AUTOITALIA AT PORTOFINO reserves the right to ask any party, not observing the standards set forth here and the reverse, but not limited to these standards, to immediately leave the property.

2. Pets or animals of any nature or type are not allowed at the event, except for those who are aiding physically challenged persons.

3. As a condition of displaying their cars, exhibitors agree to leave their cars in place from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 20th.

4. Only qualified and registered vehicles will be allowed to park in the exhibitor areas.

5. Canopies, banners or other signage relating to exhibitor cars is not allowed, with the exception of a descriptive placard, which may be positioned directly in front of the car, or on the dash. "For Sale" signs are not allowed.

6. All exhibitors are expected to have full insurance policies in effect for their display vehicles.

7. No soliciting is allowed including, but not limited to, handing out of any material, brochures or offerings of any kind without the written approval of the organizers in advance of the show.


RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of being accepted to participate, the participant by his signature on the reverse, acknowledges that:

THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS AUTOITALIA AT PORTOFINO, its owners and affiliates, event sponsors, Portofino Bay Hotel, a Loews Hotel, all participating clubs, and any and all employees or contractors or their assigns from any loss, liability or damage caused to the participant's personal property while on the property of Portofino Bay Hotel.

THE PARTICIPANT WARRANTS THAT automotive liability and property insurance is attached to the vehicle that has been registered for this event. The participant understands that the participant's vehicle insurance will be solely responsible for any property damage or liability claims that occur at the AUTOITALIA 2001 event at Portofino Bay Hotel.

THE PARTICIPANT AGREES that any property damage to the Portofino Bay Hotel, A Loews Hotel, as a result of negligent behavior on Participant's part, will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

THE PARTICIPANT AGREES that he has read and voluntarily signed the release and waiver of liability and indemnity agreement, prior to signing on the reverse of this form, and that this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
