Reply to "Automated Parking Grand Opening"

Well, it's been a couple of months since the last post after the Grand Opening of our first automated parking structure, so I thought I'd update. We have signed our first contract to build a commercial structure at an existing shopping/office center in Los Angeles. It will have 205 subterranean stalls at a cost of about
$4.5 million. We are also in design discussions with a request for proposal and followed by a full presentation at corporate headquarters for a 5600 stall system (about $110 million project). We're not allowing ourselves to dream about this project's possibilities and its effect on our investment yet, but they've pursued us not vice versa. We expect several other more modest projects to have signed contracts by the end of the summer, so the real possibility of us not having to use our personal savings to fund this 4 year old venture for the first time is getting closer to reality. Thank goodness!
