B D & C clutch reservoir cap - anyone have any knowledge?

Cap split on my 74 non-gts and on the cap and reservoir is imprinted with the initials B D & C or maybe another combo? I cannot find anything on the web related to this company or cap/res. Can anyone give any insight?
