Here she is in all her glory.

I modified the seat belt mounts and put in the drivers' seat. Also added a new, small rear view mirror. All good. I left the access cover off so I could check the thermostat housing for leaks and let the new alternator and compressor belts warm up. Now I just have to tighten them up and I'm really done.

Well... are we ever really done?
