Reply to "Battery Terminal Wiring on a 1974 Car"

Today I was able to verify that the hot restart problem is fixed.  I think the main issue was the positive battery terminal.  It looks like someone replaced the factory terminal twenty or thirty years ago.  Much of the copper wire was discolored.  I cut off about 3/4 of inch of copper (maybe less), removed some insulation, and installed the new terminal.  It is nice that hot restarts are no longer an issue.
