Appreciate your sand blast info., though I actuallly have been here and done that. What I am looking for is chemicals to use and application techniques to flush all obscure areas that can not be media blasted. Eastwood has a product Called fast etch which is boasted to neutralize rust. This product then needs to be neutralized with their pdoduct Pre in order assure primer adhesion. In my head is potential solution that involves placing a solvent resistant tarp and large recovery container below the area to be treated and pump chemicals through selected areas. Looking for chemicals that are better and more cost effective than from Eastwood.
