Yes, Ken may be correct about the gearheads, but quoting one price and billing another, almost any 5 year old could do better. Just find an honest vendor (trial and error unfortunately), and run the rest of the crooks out of business. God bless the free market place!!! In CA, I have had only a couple of close instances so far, which has me watching and wondering. Don't they get it? Word of mouth can create or kill a business like this.
