Not that anymore needs to be added here. I think you all have it right. But if I were to add something to the discussion, I can honestly say that PI, Hall and P East have told me the price and thats what I pay. PPC on the other hand I can't say the same for. My experience has been similar to Cozs. Not double charged but the price usually is much higher than the quote. It is frustrating.
