Yeah I always do pay by credit card, it's just they would have you beleive that you are protected and that is pure fantasy at best, they are never out of pocket and do very littel to pursue any claim. If they'd made that clear I'd have just kept the item and put some $$ to fix it.

If you file a charge back by credit card they freeze your Paypal account. I'm going this route and then closing my Paypal account anyway, better to miss a few items than take the chance.

There is a class action lawsuit against them apparently.
