I too had a 'not-as-described- that Paypal resolved in my favor. I however refused to incur the return shipping charges, partly due to the little 'no funds-no refund' clause.

I was lucky, I listed the item (which was NOS, but not what they said it was) and sold it for MORE than I had paid.

Still, all-in-all, I've had close to 600 eBay transactions, most using Paypal, and never really had a problem.
