Reply to "billet control arms and uprights"

I get the part about being able to adjust for camber and that's good. I was more concerned about the uprights. I've seen pictures on the board of guys who've had catastrophic failures of the axles or the faulty bearings and I've got 30 year old bushings anyway so after this summer, it's all going to get updated. I've read conflicting reports if it's a waste of time and money or a well engineered solution. I do track the car so I'm aware that I'm a candidate for failure and the money spent on the updated design would be much cheaper than taking out a corner panel and God knows what else. I'm also intrigued on the idea of pulling 30 or 40 lbs. out of the back of the car. I've read different reports on that too.
