Here is something for your eyes and ears.
It´s a De Tomaso -72 Pantera, powered by a 4,6l BMW Alpina V8 all aluminium engine.Everything that is done to this car is done by father and son Lars and Erik Bodin-Ek from Stockholm/Sweden. They have built their own injection system and the exhaustsystem is also custom-made by themselves.With these "modifications" the engine delivers around 400+hp.The Alpina engine is new for this season. The last years they have had the slightly smaller 4,0l engine from a BMW 540.
The total weight of the car is around 1170kg featuring carbon-fibre lids in the front and in the rear, and the seats are carbon-fibre seats from a Lotus car.
Of course they have saved the old Ford engine to make it possible to put the car back in it´s original shape again.
