According to Bill Van Ess the body service number didn't start appearing until about chassis #4000.

There are pictures of your car in Chuck Melton's Registry. Amongst the info there, the car was advertised on eBay in 2011 with California plates.

Prior to that it was offered for sale in 2008, located at that time in Reno Nevada, mileage on the odo was 14,483.
