brake calipers

9189 has been standing around for meny years before i started the rebuild. i have dismantled the front calipers and had them soaking in diesel for ages but i still cannot move any of the pistons.i was going to have a tool made to fit under the lip at the tops of the pistons that would allow me to screw bolts againt the caliper to allow me to prehaps extract them. any advice from you experianced lot or will it be just be an exchange unit and a lot more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ that i should go for.
