brake fluid on carpet felt?

Anyone have a good recommendation on how to remove brake fluid from the front trunk felt. The hydrolic line to the clutch master has a small leak that has put a cup worth into the felt. Carpet cleaner seems to remove a lot but it still has the slick feel to it.

If not, any "how-to's" on replacing carpet felt?
