Brake Help Needed

I have Wilwood brakes and rotors. I removed them yesterday to have the rotors machined. I removed the bearings and seals to find a cap that fits on the end of the inner bearing against the spindle shoulder. The one on the left has worn into two pieces. Do I need these? It seems that that are useless to me? If I need them, where would I get them? What is that part called?
