Peter, actual disc distortion is rare but thats what the marks look like. Have that disc surfaced somewhere local and I'll bet the chatter disappears. In the U.S, there are German-made disc surfacers that attach to the spindle and grind both sides at once without removing anything except the tire. Works on rear discs too.
