Brake Question

Guys,

A few times when I first start the car, I have no power brakes, like the booster is not working. It starts working in a matter of seconds/minute and works fine after. I was wondering if anyone has every experienced this and how to diagnose?

I'm thinking either the booster is going or there is a vacuum leak. But if it was a vacuum leak, it seems like I would have fade when driving...

Any suggestions are welcome.
