Brake question - front equalizer valve

Up against a stumbling block.

Rebuilt the stock calipers - nothing hanging up.

Rebuilt the Master cylinder and the cleaned up the proportioning valve block.

Took apart and cleaned the front brake equalizer valve - I believe I put it back together correctly but here is were if anyone has a diagram for how the front brake equalizer valve should go back together I would love ya to death for it!

The reason I ask this is that is now that I have everything together and I have bled the brakes I still get no front brakes! The only thing I can think of is that I must have put the front brake equalizer valve together incorrectly.
