After all this, you DID teflon-tape the bleeder screws, right? Because air can suck in around the threads during the bleeding process, so we routinely tape all the screws before starting the exercise. I can't explain the visual differences in alcohol volumes you got out of the 4 calipers. Try bleeding them, then drive the car slowly and see how they work.
