...I wouldnt use a dremel or hack saw //because the cut ens up the face. The key to using a tubing cutter on tubing is to go slow a tignten a little at a time and a new cutter wheel.

Seamless SS tubing we use on Instrumentation. There is another product that is called SWADGELOK fittings and they hold a lot of pressure ... but now we are getting into big bucks for brake lines.
