I think it looks good overall. The biggest problem sometimes is pitting on the pistons but I don't see it in the photo. Certainly buff the pistons and maybe just Scotchbrite the bore.

For the parking brake mechanism maybe soak it overnight in automatic transmission fluid or something similar. It will likely free up and work just fine.
