Reply to "bucthed wiring a/c"

I took the hose off and can hold the expansion valve in my hand. The conical screen looks like new, My a/c expert was impressed and wrapped it up for later installion, after we flush the lines with r 134a. One of the final fitting came in the wrong size. Reordered, will arrive fri. AM. I wired my high limit in line with the themostat and can hear he clutch engauge. Mike, you know I am running R134a so I am going to try the expantion valve I have. It is cheap enough to spill a little. I replaced the foam between the a/c outlets and the evaperator box. This is where I slid my themostat wire into the evaperator, I hope I have enough adjustment, I figure I could move it further away from the evap. if nessacery. I think I go blow some air through some lines. Bill
