Could anyone educate me on the "Bulkhead Hump". Or do I have to go on x-rated sites?

I see the issue from the picture (I assume you mean the tumor growing out of the bulkhead at the Pax-side?) but is this common to all Pantera's or only to L or pre-L? WHat is it caused by? What is the price of Captain Kirks reduction kit and does it come with a Klingon?
As you might know I am on the look out for a Pantera and want to judge with as much background info as possible.
