Looks like some easy, some not. With my car being a custom show car, the previous owner didn't want to drill in the door tag, so he just siliconed it on, and mine passed ok. It helps to flirt with the female inspectors, and a pinch to the butt doesn't seem to hurt things when bending over inspecting the tags. It's just all part of business I suppose.
