I'm with you Gary, what a frivolous lawsuit, for an unproven condition. The Sierra Club has a history of this.

A greenhouse effect, if indeed there is one, shall help plant life fluorish, improve crops, etc. A savy Automaker should reply by sending California a bill for improving crops and plant growth around the state.

I am informed by the greenhouse people that the polar caps will melt and the level of the oceans shall rise.

Okay.

I'm waiting for the level of the oceans to rise. Until they do, I guess, by their own benchmark, the greenhouse effect must not be occuring.
