In this case, it's a good tool for the Gov't to negotiate concessions with the auto industry for its planned emissions regulations.

As anyone who has every had to deal with Gov't knows, these guys are the most clued out and wasteful folks we could possibly have looking after the incredible sums of money that we empower them with.

Unfortunately, the citizens who are the most active in suing the Gov't back, are those in prison. I guess you need a lot of time and focus to go after our elected officials.
