Yes, The builder neutral balanced the rotating assembly during the build. I understand, neutral should be neutral. However, as mentioned in a clutch thread, I have a small vibration. I'm installing all new A/C right now, but as soon as I am done with the A/C I will turn to the vibration issue. I think I will have to check the clutch assemby as noted in another thread. I'm just wondering if the neutral balance could be an issue??...
