The install photos are at my Webshots albums, link posted in my signature below.

These are on eBay most of the time. Seem to go for about $35-$45. The clear coat on them, as on mine, is prone to some flaking but where we mount them it is not an issue - you won't see it.

Wrecking yards get about $50.
