Google it. That is the TRW cam, renamed when they where sold. The numbers are there somewhere.

You can also take a caliper and measure the difference on the lobes between the highest point and the lowest point.

Multiply times the 1.73 ratio and that will give you the valve lifts.

I'm pretty sure that is a tame cam with around 63 of overlap. About 280 advertised, 236 @ .050 lift.

It sounds like you have a "cam" in the car and of course in a Pantera, every cam sounds hotter then it really is because of the short exhaust system.

IF you are putting this in a Mustang, you need 2" primary headers, 34-36" long tubes with a 3-1/2" diameter x 6" long collector.

Right there you can see the problem with the Pantera exhaust. Simply put, you can't get that without going to 180's in a Pantera. There is no place to put headers that big unless you do.

When you get to about a 294 advertised duration, 245@ .050, 70 degree overlap cam with 180's, all of a sudden the thing sounds like an F1 or Indy car when you rev it BUT it ain't quiet and the neighbors will hate you if you do this late at night or on Sunday mornings.

Ask me how I know? Big Grin

Oh. If you think I am trying to corrupt you into a depraved life of an American hot rodder, you are absolutely correct. Try it. It's wonderful!
