The Hall adjustable camber bar has not been available for many months. So, I decided to fabricate my own adjustable camber bar. Just snugging up the camber bar in the wheelhouse openings before putting the car back down on the ground has improved the negative camber issue. As Bosswrench says, a 1/4-to 1/2-turn on the camber bar between drives over the next few weeks should do it. Then I can consider buying those new expensive rear tires.
