Okay, thanks for all the advice. It's kind of a mixed bag of the suggestions. First test I had no gas in the tank, and low air pressure. Just fixing those two things made a difference. Most importantly I didn't mention I had changed the suspension bushings, and so after a few drives, and settling things in I'm now at 0 camber, but still not able to get negative yet. As Bosswrench says, you can't do this all at once. I'll keep checking it over the next month or so. Car was not damaged. I see the shims behind the rear A arms, understood. I'm at 0 there, so not bad.

The Fastrack is a pretty good measuring tool, but I would suggest checking two or three times. Surprising how small things can add up to make a difference.
