I have heard am not sure if it is true maybe someone with more knowledge on this can shed more info on this.
But I have heard that Marti Auto Works can do a VIN search on Panteras. I have used him on other Ford cars have never called and inquired about the Pantera. The report usually gives build dates dealer sold through and options for the car. Here is his website.
