After you clean the rails, add a little waterproof grease and add 2 solid rollers to each rail, you may still find the seats still don't adjust easily after installation. If so, it's almost always because the floor is bent. Remove the carpet and eyeball the floor. If obvious dents are seen, the floor is quite thin and easy to straighten with a hammer and a 2x4, or a floor-jack against a dent. And do NOT discard the spacers that sit against the floor and protrude thru the carpet, that the rails sit on. Trying to lower the seats by discarding the spacers bends the seat rails when you tighten up the bolts on each end, and bent rails won't adjust easily. If you must lower the seats, cut the carpet away the full length of the seat rails so they sit flat on the floor. This lowers a seat about 3/4".
