Carb help for race Mangusta FIA

Hi everyone, recently joined as current owner of 8MA1028 based in UK. '69 4 headlight 302 car.
Car is thought to be only current circuit race car in Europe. I want to get this car specked as a FIA homologised Gp4 car. And her's problem. The FIA homologation form states it was homologated with 4 x Weber 45DL carbs, something no-one (including Weber rep in UK) has ever heard of. In fact no-one has heard of the 'DL' family.
The pictures on the homologation form are grainy but they clearly look like an IDA carb which would make sense as Cobras and GT40's would have been using that.
Can anyone shed any light in this? Or know anyone else who has a race Mangusta anywhere else in world?
