Mike, yes seen that video and listened to the sound quite a few times! The hillclimb cars can be modified a lot more, we have to stick to the FIA form to be eligible for certain race series, which is can be a p.i.t.a sometimes.
SciFi I’m out of town until the weekend but will post the form then. The picture although grainy I’m sure is a 48IDA and Jim Inglese has said that the inlet manifold shown only fits the IDA family.
I wanted to do the research first to see if anyone had ever heard of a “DL” carb and then approach them. I’m not sure how flexible / approachable the FIA guys are when it looks like a mistake / typo on the form. In my previous experience with them they are not even when it makes no difference.
