Carb too rich!

Hello., I have a '72 that is almost all stock. I have been runny the Holley series carb (all chrome) on the 351c and the motor is running really rich. Anyway, eventually the carb starts dripping gas in the secondary bowls and it floods out the car. I have a high volume fuel-pump on the car and was wondering if I need some kind of adjustable fuel-pressure regulator and if I do where and what kind should I get? Or should I put on a regular fuel pump and try that? I have gone through three Holley carbs already. I am switching to an 600cfm Edlebrock (on order). Any ideas?
