One other advantage is that they work your carb so that it flows better. I'm not smart enough to know how much is hype, but after milling, polishing, etc my carb, the Holley 700 is supposed to flow like a 750 but with the responsiveness of a 700.

Oh, and they'll mill off your choke to improve airflow, most likely.

I'm happy with mine...
