With no previous experience I rebuilt my Holley two weeks ago. I think the parts cost less than $70. I found an article online that made it look easy, and it was.
I took it apart, replaced some parts, dipped everything in cleaner, put it back together and it works like a charm.
Granted, I didn't have to fix any problems, I just cleaned it up and replaced a few things.
