The Castrol Hypoy 80W-90 is what I have traditionally used in the ZF, the Hypoy does not have an LSD additive and there are various opinions on whether one is needed. Personaly I do not use one.

I believe Redline and SWEPCO 201 are also highly regarded gear oils.

I switched to Redline in my Porsche transaxle.
