I went to see the car and went for a ride back in April 2003 when it didn't sell on ebay (top bid was $25K). In my opinion, you better like strong metalic paint to be satisfied with the car. Looked great from a distance, but close up it is pretty heavily flaked metalic in my opinion. That was the only thing that steered me away from buying it, along with a few other things I saw. The paint was just a personal preference I couldn't make myself get used to. But if you like metalic, it may be for you.
