Closed chamber head clearance volume

Is there any way to determine without removing the cylinder head whether the clearance volume is 62.8cc or 66.1cc on a closed chamber head? Any stamping on the casting external surface? I measured my combustion chamber volume when I had the heads off the car and came up with 67.5cc. I am wondering if I measured it correctly. These are on a very early (ser. # 1386) car.
