.020" is marginally ok when cold but as it heats up, the clutch will hang enough to grind gears.

Unfortunately you need to find another .015" minimum.

Off hand I would question the disc that you have.

It MUST be a dedicated Pantera disc with minimal Marcel. That is the only place you will find the needed additional clearance.
