clutch choices

I have just pulled trans out do to clutch problems,and found the 3 finger style pressure plate of which the counterweights are hitting bosses inside bellhousing. I want to relace with diaphram style but have many different opinions on what to get. One says centerforce dual friction,someone else says dont get centerforce becuase they had trouble and company wont stand behind them to get Mcloed instead. I dont race the car but do drive it hard. It has a 550HP natuarlly asperated 399 stroker Kuntz & co built engine that runs very strong. I would like to have easier pedal effort than before. What do you recommend I buy so that I can use my same flywheel to? I am also replacing second gear sycro and blocker ring while out..Not as bad to do as I thought. Thanks in advance for any help...
